Arts Audiences host Opera Europa Event

On November 23rd Arts Audiences hosted 27 participants from 12 countries at Opera Europa’s meeting on Marketing and Communications. The meeting took place at The Culture Box in Temple Bar Cultural Trust on November 23rd. Úna Carmody, director of Arts Audiences presented a media and behavioural profile of Irish opera attendees drawn from the Target Group Index.
A presentation was also made by Gavin Hanley, Account Strategist, Google on Marketing led decisions using Google Analytics.

Day 2 of the meeting, organised in association with Opera Theatre Company, took place in the National Concert Hall and included presentations on driving your customer from buying tickets to subscribing and giving.
