This morning at Irish Times Training, Course Director Dr. Janice Wright, of the University of Ulster, welcomed the 2014 class. Úna Carmody, Director Arts Audiences also spoke and congratulated the class on taking on this major commitment, to the benefit of their respective venues and festivals. This year’s participants, who will graduate in September 2014 with an Advanced Certificate in Management Practice from the University of Ulster are looking forward to producing audience development plans for their organisations and benefiting from modules including Leadership, Marketing, Project Management, Audiences, New Media and Customer Satisfaction with some guest speaker presentations along the way.
